Well actually i got 70214 rank in Viteee 2016, so what do you think will i get a seat in B.Tech biotechnology? I am being called for phase II counselling.

VITEEE stands for Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance examination. This is entrance examination conducted by VIT for selection of candidates into different disciplines of engineering. Your rank is too high to get admission in Biotechnology technology. However, if the institute has called you for participating in second phase of counselling process, you must participate.

In second phase of counselling, if some seats are vacant or some candidate withdraw their application then you may get chance of admission in Biotechnology stream. There is also concept of paid seats in VITEEE, so you can also get admission on those seats.
