hello there!
as consequent from your question you seem to do a job while pursuing your post graduation right?

it depends on the university or institute from where you will pursue the PG course.
some universities ask to take up an entrance test which after qual;ifying only you can be admitted into the pg part time course.
but there are maximum or most of the universities providing pg as part time course do not ask the candidates for an entrance.
so it is your choice completely to choose the university.
