1. The minimum academic qualification required for writing any banking entrance examination either for Probationary officer or clerk is bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
2. Final year graduation candidates are also eligible to apply for clerical or Probationary officer examination. Your are not eligible to write any banking entrance examination while pursuing second year of engineering. You can apply for banking entrance examination in final year of engineering. |

# No, you are not eligible to apply for Bank exams as you are pursuing 2 nd year of B.Tech(ECE).
# Eligibility for Bank exams : -> Educational qualification required to apply for bank clerk and PO exams is Graduation from recognised institution or university and there is no aggregate percentage of marks criteria to apply & for bank specialist Officer exam, Graduation in Engineering from AICTE approved college. -> So, you are eligible to apply for these exams after the completion of your B.Tech. # Age limit for bank exams : -> For bank clerk exam 21-28 years & for bank PO, specialist Officer exams is 21-30 years and the age relaxations are as per Reserve Bank of India regulations. # Selection procedure of these examinations is preliminary exam, main exam and personal interview or language proficiency test. # Written test for these exams is conducted in 5 sections. And they are : -> Quantitative aptitude -> Reasoning ability -> English language knowledge -> General awareness, current affairs -> Computer knowledge. |
