Hello, I am interested to join Indian Air Force. I am studying in 11th standard and planning to give NDA entrance exam. I want to know that if I join IAF after my 12th then I get free education in college or any education?

The education provided by National Defence Academy for bachelor's degree to selected candidates is totally free of cost. But if a candidate leaves academy after completion of course then he needs to pay incurred cost on the degree.

The other requirements are:

1. Only unmarried male candidates can apply for the examination.

2. The age limit for candidate is 16.5 to 19.5 years.

You will become eligible for NDA exam next year when you appear for NDA exam.

Yes, you will become eligible to pursue degree after joining defence service through NDA entry.

Candidates recruited in Indian Navy or Air Force are eligible for technical degree from BITS.

Candidates are not charged any fee for the course.
