Eligibility to attend Group-4 exam after inter and while pursuing graduation?

I have completed my inter and pursuing my degree right now. Can I able or eligible to attend for group-4 exams? I am very confused and not getting proper answer from anywhere. Please help me.

The candidates should have passed S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent for TNPSC Group 4 all posts. There are some special requirements needed for Typist and Steno Typist Gr-III posts other than the basic educational qualifications. So, the candidates who have completed S.S.L.C are eligible for the Group 4 examination conducted by the TNPSC. So, you are eligible for the Group 4 examination while pursuing graduation.
