Respected Sir/Mam,

I have completed my BE in 2010-11 from Electronics & Telecommuncation field with an aggregate of 61%. I want to gte a job in MTNL. So please tell me which exam should i write for JTO post?

Candidates are selected for the post of Junior Telecom Officer through GATE ( Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) .
Only those candidates who have qualified GATE are eligible to apply.
Qualified candidates have to appear for Interview.

Selected candidates are send for one tear training.

Eligibility:

Candidates who have done BE/B Tech or equivalent engineering degree can apply.

Age limit 21- 30 years relaxation in upper age limit is give to reserved categories.

The exam for Junior Telecom Officers (JTO) posts is generally held in the month of April – May.

Notifications about this exam will be available in the months of February – March annually.

The eligibility for JTO posts is
1. The candidates applying for the posts must complete graduation in engineering or technology. The eligible specialization in engineering are
i. Computer
ii. Electrical
iii. Electronics
iv. Information Technology
v. Radio
vi. Telecommunication
2. The minimum age limit is 21 years.
3. The maximum age limit is 30 years.
4. Only Indian citizens are eligible for applying.
