As per the eligibility norms, a candidate belonging to India is eligible to apply for this examination and you are an Indian national but still living in Australia and want to appear for this examination so I would like to inform you that IFoS Service Examination is conducted only one following centers according to official notification given by UPSC board.
>> Agartala >> Gurgaon >> Noida >> Ahmedabad >> Gwalior >> Panji >> Aizwal >> Hyderabad >> Patna >> Allahabad >> Imphal >> Port Blair >> Aurangabad >> Itanagar >> Pudducherry >> Bangalore >> Jabalpur >> Pune >> Bareilly >> Jaipur >> Raipur >> Bhopal >> Jammu >> Ranchi >> Chandigarh >> Jodhpur >> Sambalpur >> Chennai >> Jorhat >> Shillong >> Coimbatore >> Kochi >> Shimla >> Cuttack >> Kohima >> Shrinagar >> Dehradun >> Kolkata >> Thane >> Delhi >> Kozhikode >> Thiruvananthapuram >> Dharwad >> Calicut >> Tirupati >> Dispur >> Lucknow >> Udaipur >> Faridabad >> Madurai >> Varansi >> Gangtok >> Mumbai >> Vijayvada >> Gaziabad >> Nagpur >> Vishakhapatnam >> Gorakhpur >> Navi Mumbai So these are the center of examination at which, Indian Forest Service examination is conducted every year so you need to know the point that while being in Australia, you can not appear for Indian Forest Service examination in Australia because there is no such facility made available by the UPSC board that a Indian National candidate can appear for exam in any country that is why you need to apply from India and appear for exam only in India at fix exam centers available above. Re: How is it possible to give Indian Foreign Service exam from Australia?
Indian foreign service is the service which is allotted after taking the civil services examination, which is conducted by the upsc every year.
For applying in the civil services examination, you need to be a citizen of India. You can fill your form from Australia but you have to come to India for taking the examination. The examination is held in preliminary, mains and interview stages. If you clear all three stages, then you're allotted with the post. This year's examination will be held in the month of august and the forms would be available in the month of May. The official website of upsc is Www.upsc.gov.in |
