I have completed m.sc. degree in environmental science with 62% marks from vidyasagar university west bengal in distance mode. Now i wish to write IBPS Agrcilture Fielf Officer entrance test. So tell me whether my qualification is enough for that or not? Please reply me.

No, candidate who have completed M.Sc. (Environment Science) degree is not eligible for IBPS Agriculture Field Officer post.

Eligibility : Candidate must have passed graduation degree in Agriculture Engineering / Fishery Science/ Pisciculture / Agri Marketing & Cooperation / Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry / Agriculture / Horticulture /Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Dairy Science.

Age of candidate must be from 20 to 30 years. relaxation in age is also there as per government norms.
There is no minimum percentage criteria.

As per educational qualification you are eligible for the IBPS SO exam in Agricultural Officer.

Educational qualification:-

4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Agri. Engineering/Fishery Science/Pisciculture/ Agri Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/Agro-Forestry.

Age criteria:-

Minimum age-20 years

Maximum age-30 years

Age of Relaxation :

SC/ST : 5 years
OBC : 3 years
Persons With Disability : 10 years

The eligibility for Agricultural Field Officer in IBPS is a 4 year Degree (Graduation) in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Agri.
Engineering/Fishery Science/Pisciculture/Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/Cooperation & Banking/Agro Forestry. This is the eligibility given in the IBPS notification (website). So, you are not eligible for the post. You can apply for Clerk or PO posts. Please, find the below attachment for more details.

Now I am pursuing Bsc agriculture (4 year) graduation from HNBGU ( Central) University, Utharakhand. Which is non-ICAR . So Can I Apply For IBPS AFO ?
