Hey, i am siddhant of class 12th. I wanted to know which field should i choose between charted accountancy and economic honors. Presently i am interested in both subject. Please guide me?

From my point of view, you must go for the Chartered Accountancy course because the future scope of chartered accountancy course is more as compared to the Economics Honours.

Chartered Accountancy course has three stages:

1. Common Proficiency Test.

2. Integrated Professional Competence Course.

3. Final course.

After 10+2, you can apply for the Common Proficiency Test which is conducted twice every year by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India twice every year in June and December respectively.

This is an objective exam and consists of 200 questions and each question consists of one marks from subjects like Fundamentals of Accountancy, Economics, Quantitative Aptitude and Mercantile law.

To clear the test, a candidate must score at least 50% aggregate and 30% or more in each subjects mentioned above.
