To become a Loco Pilot, you should have to apply for RRB Loco Pilot examination once, the notification is released by RRB. You should have passed Diploma or ITI in Electronics/ Automobile/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering course from a recognised institute to be eligible to apply for Loco Pilot examination. The age criteria required to apply for Loco Pilot examination is 18 to 28 years. You can apply for RRB Loco Pilot examination through RRB official website once, the online applications are invited by RRB.

To give the exam you need to be a 10th pass out and you should have completed your ITI in any trade from a recognised University. if you have a diploma in mechanical / automobile or electrical then also you can apply for. Your age should be between 18 to 30 years and there is relaxation for reserved categories. Selection procedure includes written exam and personal interview.

Required qualification for Loco Pilot:-

The candidate should be a citizen of India.

You must complete the 10th class.

You need to complete ITI in any specific trade to apply for the post.

Age limit:-

The minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 30 years.

Age relaxation is applicable for OBC and SC / ST candidates.

Eye Sight:-

The eye sight required is 6 by 6 .

The candidate should be physically fit .

To become a loco pilot you have to qualify the entrance examination.

RRB LOCO PILOT

You can get job as Loco pilot through RRB assistant loco pilot online exam. RRB will publish notification in 2018.

QUALIFICATION: Candidates must have passed matriculation or 10th class and have to complete ITI approved NCVT/SCVT in specific trade / diploma in any stream to apply for this post.

Age limit: 18-30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC upto 5 years.

Selection process:
1. Computer based exam objective type.
2. Psychometric test.
