Candidates have to appear in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and based on their performance in the CBT a combined merit list will be prepared and short listed candidates will be called for documents or certificate verification for the BSPHCL Junior Electrical Engineer recruitment. Selection procedure for the post of Junior Engineer Electrical in BSPHCL 2018 : The selection procedure is common as other recruitment and please read all the steps of procedure :

>> The candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in CBT - Computer Based Test. After the test the commission will prepare a combined merit list of all qualified candidates and they will be called for document verification as per advised post and norms decided for different category.

>> A Mock/Demo Computer Based Test with some sample questions will be available on the official website of BSPHCL for candidates willing to appear for this exam so they can get a general idea about pattern of exam and which type of questions may be asked in exam so you are required to visit the website and take a test available.

>> If the examination is conducted in one batch only then minimum required qualifying marks in exam will be as percentage wise which is - 40% for Unreserved Category, 36.5% for BC category, 34% for EBC and 32% for SC and ST category and female candidates of all category.

>> If the online test is conducted in two batches then evaluation of marks for merit list will be using Equi-Percentile Equating Methodology and in this case above qualifying marks will not be mandatory and scores upto eight decimal points shall be taken for the purpose of evaluation.

So I would say that scoring higher in online exam is mandatory to get selected for the job so you are required to prepare well for online examination and the examination will be based on the subject you have studied in diploma which is electrical engineering so please read more about this subject and get knowledge as much as possible and if you have good practical knowledge then it is going to be a little easy for you.
