Hello everyone, please suggest me some tips to crack Written Test of IBPS RRB Senior Manager recruitment of this year. I want to crack and join any Bank under IBPS RRB Senior Manager recruitment. Kindly help me.

You have asked a very good question and not only you but also many candidates have confusion and tensions regarding preparation and other strategy problems in preparation of competition examinations but you must not worry about exams whether it is online of offline just do what you have in hand :

>> First of all know the examination pattern and syllabus of the exam because this is an online examination and you have to be updated with latest type of online exam pattern and how to manage all the subjects at the same time in given time.

>> Read number of subjects being asked in this exam and you should start your strategy and preparation techniques as per the subjects.

>> Collection of good books for basics, practice and other in depth study of the subject means you should have very good books that clear all doubts and provide you many practice papers so you can practice yourself and prepare well.

>> If possible then find a good coaching for this preparation and start preparation for this exam because in coaching institute you will actually know the atmosphere of competition around you and you will learn how to take yourself up in this competition.

>> You will be provided other study material in the center and will have practice session and opportunities so you can judge yourself how much you have to practice for selection and in which subject you are good and weak as well.

>> Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation, Reasoning Ability, English/Hindi Language, Computer Knowledge, Financial Awareness will be the subjects so sort out subjects which you are good at and also sort the subjects which you are not good at.

>> Suppose if you are good in English Language and General Awareness and Computer Knowledge then your focus on these subject should be higher at the beginning because if you make all these three subjects perfect for examination and practice hard over all these then you can save time and have good marks.

>> If coaching is for 4 hours a day then your practice of online exam should be two papers a day means one online practice in morning and one in evening and be updated with latest news of banking and financial awareness and any changes made in past few months.

>> Read Economic Times and other relevant magazines for financial literacy and also visit at the official website of RBI for more information about this subject so you will have up to date information and you can easily crack this section.

>> Strengthen all easy subjects and make them perfect as you can solve 90+% questions of that section accurately and in less time than given in exam so you can save time for other hard sections and will have enough time to solve.

>> You will be given 2 hours to solve this paper and if you complete your English, Computer Knowledge and Financial Awareness in less time which is around 40-45 minutes then you will have around 80 minutes to solve both maths and reasoning section.

>> Quantitative aptitude and reasoning ability subjects demands more time so you will have 40 minutes for each subject then you have to solve another easy subject of these two so you can have 5 more minutes for one left subject means if you can solve Data Interpretation in time then you can have 5 marks for each question so around 20 marks for 4 DI questions and those 4 DIs should be solved in 20-25 minutes.

>> Rest of the mathematics should be solved after DIs and then reasoning ability so choose easy one questions then hard one in reasoning as well and if you are in practice and good in reasoning then you must try to save last 5-10 minutes after completing all questions.

>> At last you have to check all the answers carefully of first three subjects you solved quickly and if any other solution you can do then do that in this time so this will be your plus point in exam.
