There are many vacancies in Railways. Railways recruit people through Railway Recruitment Board. There are some vacancies in Railways for the post of Ticket Collector, Junior Clerk cum Typist and Commercial Clerk. For the above posts the eligibility is only 12th. So the graduates also can write the examinations. You can check the details on Railways website. The vacancies are in South East Central Railways.

Getting a job in Railways for a B.A student is possible. The way is by writing the entrance exam and as with your qualification you can apply for RRB exam.

This exam needs certain qualification to be possessed by the candidate in order to be eligible.

After graduation you can apply for Indian railway through RRB (Exam Railway Recruitment Board) NTPC ( Non Technical Popular Category Exam).

JOB OPTION AFTER RRB NTPC:-

:- Commercial Apprentice(CA).

:- Traffic Apprentice(TA).

:- Goods Guard.

:- Enquiry-cum-Reservation Clerk(ECRC).

:- Senior Clerk-Cum-typist.

:- Junior Accounts Assistant-Cum-Typist(JAA).

:- Assistant Station Master(ASM).

:- Traffic Assistant and Senior Time Keeper.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
