What is the validity of CDS i.e. common defence service scorecard for SSB interviews?

There is no validity and you have to attend interview when you get the call letter, otherwise, it will lapse. CDS exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.
Therefore, if you clear written exam then you have to appear for SSB of the same exam. There is no carry forward of scores for next CDS exam. |

What if a candidate clear the written exam of CDSE and didn't clear the ssb interview so can he/she applied directly for 2nd try of ssb or he/she have to give written exam again ?
