Am I eligible to apply for English school assistant job after completion of B.Com and B.Ed?


I did my graduation in commerce (B.Com) I have completed B.E.D (English&social methodological afterwards I did M.A (English literature) now can I apply for English school assistant? Can you please guide me with the right details on this?

Yes, you are eligible for school assistant teacher jobs.

Those who have completed bachelor degree from a recognized University are eligible for Assistant Teacher Entrance exam.

B.Ed is necessary for Assistant Teacher Entrance exam. Only Indian citizenship candidate are eligible for this exam. Your age should be in between 20 to 40 years.

Yes, you are certainly eligible to apply for the post of English School Assistant post after successful completion of B.Com, M.A (English Literature) and B.Ed course. The basic educational qualification required is as follows.

>> You must have completed Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree with "ENGLISH" as a Main subject from a recognized university.

>> Besides this criteria, you must have done B.Ed in English as a Methodology subject.

>> If you have done B.Ed in English, then I am sure you are certainly eligible to apply for the post of English School Assistant as you have done M.A in English Literature.
