Both the specializations having good scope in both the Private and Public sectors as well. Since, you have studied Optometry specialization at Graduation level so its better that you can study Master degree in Optometry. However, If you're interested to study Ophthalmology then you can apply for Master degree in Ophthalmology course. So, you can select any one of the specializations based on your interest. Whatever, specialization that you select that is not an issue. You should study well and expert in the specific field in order to get a better future.
