The Indian Space Research Organisation is the space agency of the Government of Republic of India headquartered in the city of Bengaluru.
As per my suggestion you can choose bachelor of technology course in aeronautics engineering after completion of 12th class. For this course candidate must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. First of all I appreciate your willingness to do job in research sector. You are in 11th standard and want to know the engineering streams which are suitable for getting job in ISRO. ISRO conducts recruitment exam every year for the recruitment of Scientists.
>>The eligibility criteria for ISRO Scientist Exam is that student must possess B.E/ B.Tech degree in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Computer Science with more than 65% marks in it. So, Following are the course options for you to become space scientist in future: **B.Tech/ B.E in Electronics Engineering **B.Tech/ B.E in Mechanical Engineering **B.Tech/ B.E in Computer Science Engineering >>In my opinion, you have to opt Electronics Engineering discipline in Engineering as the number of vacancies for this discipline is always greater than among others. |
