as i have done my b.tech in eie
i have not applied for gate any
other way of doing my m.tech?????

After completion of B.Tech course, you can pursue M.Tech course by appearing and qualifying GATE examination. Most of the colleges/ universities offers admission in M.Tech course by considering GATE score. But, some colleges conducts their own entrance test for providing admission in M.Tech course and by qualifying entrance examination based upon your performance, you can get admission in M.Tech course.

Yes you can certainly undergo M.Tech course even if you did not apply for the GATE examination. There are many Colleges/Universities that offer admission to M.Tech courses without GATE score. These Colleges/Universities have their own entrance tests for which you will have to apply.

To study M.Tech without GATE is a highly impossible even though you have completed B.Tech.

But in these days in India there are many Professional private Universities Offering masters in Engineering. They Conduct there own Exam and Interviews. Admission is easy but they may charge huge Fee.

No, the admission to the MTech is given on the basis of the rank secured by the candidate in the GATE examination in the institutes across the country.

So, yes, you can ursue the MTech in any of the subjects of ECE but through the GATE only.
