First you must apply for the course which you are interested to get admission. The important notification regarding admission and application form will be available in official website of IGNOU. You can download the course application form from the IGNOU official website. For admission to the graduation at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), student should visit the main official IGNOU website (www.ignou.ac.in) or contact nearest IGNOU regional office.
The cost of the application form is Rs.200/-.

You can join IGNOU in the month of January and July sessions every year. IGNOU is providing facility for admission twice in a year in the month of January and July.
Now for the session July admissions are open you can get the details from Indira Gandhi National Open University website www.ignou.ac.in
You can do certificate, diploma, graduation, post graduation and PhD from IGNOU University.
The fee structure and program details are available on IGNOU prospectus for this year.
