If you forget your CPT registration number, there is no big deal in it.
ICAI always send an e-mail to the registered mail id and a text message in the registered phone number. So, you must check your mail inbox and spam folder regarding your registration issues.
Or else you call in the regional office of ICAI and ask them for your registration number by mentioning your Name, D.O.B etc.
