I discontinued BE EEE at 5th semester with full attendance hall ticket came for 5th semester but I cannot attend my 5th semester exams due to my personal problem during October 2014 now march 2017 can i possible to join 6th semester onwards and write 5th semester exams via arrear papers or what are the procedures please clarify me?

If you don't appear for exam this year, then you will be marked absent, which is equal to fail in that subject and you need to appear for back paper next year.

For applying, you need to apply for that particular subject on a separate application form provided by college. You have to pay separate examination fee for that subject again.
