Can I appear in GRE after clearing arrear?
I had an arrear in one of my BE exams but i cleared it and passed out with 75%. am i eligible to appear in GRE exam

Yes, you can definitely appear for GRE after clearing the arrears. It is good that you cleared the backlog and passed out with 75%. You should now prepare for GRE with dedication and give the best efforts to succeed in it. The competition is high,hence you need to study a lot.
