Re: Which subject to take in graduation after 12th to join banking job in future?
For recruitment in banking jobs in government sector candidates have to appear and qualify in examination conducted by IBPS or SBI.
The eligibility to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. The age limit to appear for examination varies with different posts such as Clerk and PO. The candidates with minimum passing aggregate and degree in any discipline are eligible to appear for examination. |

Re: Which subject to take in graduation after 12th to join banking job in future?
The very first thing I would like to make you know that there is no compulsion of any particular subject in the graduation degree to be eligible for joining banking sector at the post of bank Clerk or bank probationary officer.
Now as it is evident that you can pursue any course for your graduation degree so now it comes which subject to choose to ensure good preparation for bank entrance examination along with regular graduation studies, then in my view you must opt for the subject in which your are interested and for which are confident Also you must not get involved in the myths like Science stream is harder than arts stream for the preparation point of view for any competitive examinations as for a science stream student it gets quite tough to study subjects without logic as they are used to understanding logic trather than learning it and these sudden changes can hamper your confidence. So you must opt for your interested subject as it would seem easier to you as compared to any other subject. |

That's why you can select any stream in your bachelor degree if you want to appear for banking entrance examination to get job in the banking sector. Candidates from all stream of bachelor's degree are eligible for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection Common Written examination for clerk and Probationary officer post in banks.
You should select that stream in bachelor's degree which you really like to read and not on pressure of parents or your friends. All stream candidates are eligible for banking entrance examination. Science stream is the best. |

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, the best course I would suggest you to go with in Graduation is "B.E/ B.Tech" as per the present competition among candidates is concerned. Before all this, I will let you know the basic educational qualification required to be eligible.
>> The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for Banking Recruitment Examination's is "Graduate Degree" or a "Bachelor Degree" in any discipline from a recognized university. >> As any discipline in Graduation is accepted, I am sure you can go with any stream in which you are most interested in. >> As far as my best knowledge is concerned, Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering course is the best course to get into Banking sector. |
