Hi I have completed my graduation in b.com(banking and insurance) and I am preparing for IBPS. I was interested in further studies also at the same time, so apart from MBA what course can I pursue to make a good career in Banking?

Banking offers ample career avenue for B.Com graduates. You can try for PO position in banks by qualifying IBPS exam. I am also B.com graduate. I passed in 2010 with 2nd class result.
After completion of graduation i did hardware course but i failed in exam then i left the course.
Then i worked at chartered accountant's office only for 5 month then i left the job.
Then i went to work at office as making and recording purchase, sales, receipt and payment entry. After 3 months i left the job.
Now in 2 year i worked only 6 months.
So now i want to be do some course which helps me to find good job.
