As far as UGC and DEC is concerned there is no one year graduation programme. If there was any such programme then everyone would have opted for it to save their 2 years.

These kind of graduation may be offered by foreign universities which have nothing to do with UGC or DEC. Hence, try to complete a valid graduation.
