Whether state quota will be applicable for me or all India quota?


I have got 362 marks in NEET 2017 but 12th and 1oth from Telangana. I want to get admission at Maharashtra for MBBS. My parents Domicile in Maharashtra for private job. We are there in Telangana last 15 year. Now we are in Maharashtra from 1 year due to job transfer. So, please give me detail information that state quota percentage will applicable for me or all India 15% I can get?

The state quota will be applicable for you for getting admission through NEET since, you have passed 10th and 12th standard from Telangana. Students from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and J & K are not eligible for 15% all India quota seats. So, you can get admission only in Telangana through NEET and you can't get admission in Maharashtra for pursuing MBBS course through NEET examination.

Since, you have completed your class 10th and 12th from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and you and your family lived there for last 15 years, you will get admission in Telangana only through state quota of the examination to study the MBBS course as you are having a domicile of Andhra Pradesh.
So, you are not eligible for admission in Maharashtra to pursue MBBS course through NEET examination.
