Is it compulsory to clear NET for Ph.D being a government employee?


I am a govt employee.I know that it is compulsory to clear net for dong PhD.what should I do if I clear net because it is difficult to get noc certificate for 2 years for civil studies?

It is no compulsory to clear NET if you have 5 years of professional experience in the same field or M.Phil degree. Even with only post graduation you can apply for admission but selection will be difficult.

Therefore, don't worry about NET and apply for admission when notification is out. Admission will be based on the performance in written exam and interview conducted by university.
