Sir, I am studying MS in Material Science and after it want to join IIT Hyderabad for PhD in Material Science. Please tell me eligibility and procedure to join it?

Candidates those who are wiling to take admission to pursue Ph.D course in Material Science from IIT Hyderabad, must have completed their Masters degree in the relevant fields or in Material Science from a recognized University with scoring a minimum of 55% of marks in it.
Candidates those who have secured the above mentioned percentage of marks are eligible to appear in the NET examination, qualifying in which they can take admission in IIT Hyderabad to study Ph.D course in Material Science.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in Material Science with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible to do PhD course in the relevant discipline at IIT Hyderabad. Candidates must have to appear and qualify in the written entrance exam conducted by IITs or UGC CSIR exam. Eligibility Criteria and Procedure to join IIT Hyderabad for PhD in Material Science:

>> Candidates must have completed M.E/ M.Tech in Material Science and Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering/ Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
