Which are the exams to write for getting chance of admission for Ph.D in Microbiology? Can you please give me the details on this? What are the steps which I have to follow to get the admission? Is it possible to get it easily or tough?

List of entrance exams to study PhD in microbiology after passing your masters degree:

TIRF ( Tata Institute of Fundamental Research)

NISER ( NEST Phd Entrance Exam)

SET which is conducted by State Government for admission into best universities of that state.

CSIR UGC NET - it is an Indian level exam is conducted by the universities.

List of universities which conduct this exam:

IITs

DU Delhi

JNU, New Delhi

MS University Badodara

Indian Institute of Science Bangalore

The minimum qualification required to pursue PhD his master's degree concerned subject from a recognised University with minimum 55% marks and you have to appear in any of the above given entrance exam.

In order to do Ph.D in Microbiology, you must have to gain a Masters degree in Microbiology from a recognised University. After that you must qualify in the UGC NET examination.
The eligibility criteria required to appear in the UGC NET examination is that a candidate must have completed Master's Degree course from a recognised University with 55% of marks.
After qualifying in the NET examination, you can take admission to study Ph.D in Microbiology.
