How to get fully funded Ph.D overseas with score 300 in GRE and 95 in TOEFL?
I have a gre score of 300 and toefl score of 95. I want to go to any good us university for my phd. But, i cannot afford the high expenses, so please tell me that what are chances for me to get a fully funded phd?

You can apply for admission surely, but scores only will not decide the merit for admission. There are many other things, which are considered by the universities abroad.
Also, getting your education funded, will also depend on merit. If you have got excellent academics and research experience, then chances will be more. |
