My wife applied for the registration here. They issued a mail with a copy of scanned certificate dated with 30th May 2016. But, yet this time she don’t get that original certificate in hand. We want it immediately. What to do?

As your question is not clear, that from where you want your original certificate but if you want your original certificate, then visit the office and demand it by writing a letter of your matter or mail them that you want the original certificate by duly signed by the head with proper stamp and date.
