As you are done with Master of Pharmacy course, I am very sure that you are certainly eligible to do PhD (Doctoral Program) in Pharmacology.
The basic educational qualification required to do PhD in Pharmacology is "Master's Degree" from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks.
