MA Journalism through distance mode is applicable for UGC-NET?
I am doing 2nd year of MA(Journalism) from distance learning mode..I'll get 55%. so tell me whether Is my subject OK to give UGC-NET?

NET stands for National Eligibility Test. This exam is conducted by UGC twice in a year in offline mode.
Eligibility criteria for UGC-NET:- >>The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam. Final year candidates can also apply for this examination. >>There is no age criteria for NET exam.To apply for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years. If you have qualified master degree from valid distance learning institution, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET exam.
