sir,
i am completing my b.com 10 years ago from bardwan university.
now i wants to complete my p.hd from calcutta university.
i have not completed my NET exam.

For getting admission in a Ph.D program you must have a Master's Degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized University.

You have got B.Com qualification and you need to complete Master's degree, then only you can apply for admission in Ph.D course.

Hence, if you have a strong reason for your 10 year gap, then you can surely get admission in a Master's degree and after completion of Master's degree with 55% marks, you can apply for Ph.D entrance exam.

Admission in Ph.D is also based on the NET/SLET score, therefore if you are able to qualify NET/SLET, then it will be good for you.
