Latest decision of High Court regarding M.Phil and Lecturership is correct?


According to decision of high court Mumbai, is M.phil is optional qualification for degree college lecturership who complete it before 10 july 2009? Is it correct?

M.Phil and Ph.D are definitely not compulsory to get lectureship. If you have masters degree and NET/SET score, then surely you will be eligible for lectureship.

Hence, it is definitely a correct judgement made by High Court.
