I am M.A. in HINDI and also have done prabhakar,O.T.,now I want to do PHD from MERATH.But I don't know how to apply,please tell m,e about this.? Who can provide me the details on this as soon as possible? It will be helpful if you can answer me soon.

To do Ph.D, you first have to qualify in the entrance examinations such as UGC NET, CET. etc.

Eligibility criteria:-

Candidates must have completed Master's degree from a recognized University.
Candidates must have scored at least 50% of marks in Master's degree.
Candidates age must be below 28 years.

So, after qualifying in the entrance examination, you can apply for the Ph.D
