I have completed my M.Tech under vtu Bangalore. now what are the entrance test that i have to clear so that i can do my phd in iit or nit? Can you please give me the information on the same? What is the minimum criteria required to do the course?

You have completed M.Tech degree, So you can get admission in Ph.D course in IIT's and NIT's.

But you should qualify in GATE exam.

Your masters degree marks must be above 55% from a recognized University.
