Yes definitely as you are interested to pursue PhD in chemistry hence you must have completed your masters degree in chemistry from recognised University and your minimum percentage should not be less than 55%.
There is no upper age limit.
You should have a valid UGC NET score card.

To do Ph.D in any of the specialisation, candidates must complete their Post Graduation otherwise it is not possible to pursue for Ph.D course.

Eligibility criteria to do Ph.D:-

Candidates must have completed Master's degree from a recognized University.
Candidates must have scored at least 55% of marks in Master's degree.
Candidates must have a valid NET scorecard.
So, you must complete your M.Sc first to do Ph.D course.

If you fulfill below given criteria, then you are eligible for Ph.D in Chemistry.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in Chemistry from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course in Chemistry.

There are no age criteria.

You must have valid GATE/CSIR NET score card.

In order to opt for B.Sc Chemistry you should have completed your 12th standard from a recognized board having scored a minimum of 60% in aggregate. After that the candidate will have to appear for B.Sc entrance examination conducted by the respective University he wishes to get admission in.

After clearing the examination, you will be very much eligible to get admission in the course.
