It all depends on you to make the choice and select according to your budget and the kind of institute in which you want to study. There are some entrance exams that you need to appear for before getting admission in a Ph.D program either in India or in abroad. In India you have to clear exams like NET/SLET/JRF/GATE to become eligible for Ph.D admission. For abroad you have to apply for exams like GRE for admission. Along with GRE you also have to clear exams like IELTS/TOEFL.

Hence, if you are getting admission in a better institute in India like IITs, IISc, NITs and any other central government University then you should take admission in India. If you have excellent score in GRE then you have chance to get admission in world's top Universities and if you are getting admission in a reputed one then don't miss on it.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
