friends vote for either india is super power today or not

according to me its an super power just because of its shear presence human resource it has because of which we can come out of almost any situation without any problem

India is not a super power yet,but soon going to become same if we keep working for its development.


But we are the nation who declared there is no first use, we are the nation built
With civilization heritage and values, we are the nation who upholds the promise, we are
The nation who never invaded anybody, and we are the nation who believes in its own
Inherent strength. Hence let us believe on our strength in economy and security, more
Than that the spirit of the Indian democracy which is highly dynamic, vibrant and role
model to the entire world. We should rise to the occasion and prove to the world that India
is wiser in its attempt to play a responsible nation among the world in achieving complete
Independence vision before the year 2030.

India is not a super power yet,
but it has every thing be become super power one day.....
we just need to manage things well .....
now with many young leaders around ...
the day will come years before......
so lets do what ever we can do to make it a success....

yes ,it is an super power because its india which has the best GDP GROWTH in the world and also it is among few countries which were not affected by recession

i don't think India will become an super power until all the people dying of poverty are present in India,until poverty is eradicated India will never be an super power

Well India is by no means a super power today.
I faces a lot of problems because of the unskilled manforce it has in itself.
However with proper planning and training the manforce can really make India a superpower in future.

yes, india is a super power and is certainly in giving competition to all developed nations and the fear of india emerging as super power can be seen in the latest speeches given by Mr.Obama, Mr.Hu jin tao, and many other emminent personalities of the world, india is now a supermarket where each country wants to expand its business and trying to capture its market hold. we people are now becoming self reliant and in many ways independent our economy is growing at a decent pace we are never the less behind to none we are certainly recognised as one of the major players in each field not only this i can even go further by saying that india is going be a nation which is going to challenge the entire world and will hold a place where every country will seeek suggestion and ask for advices from india. dear the time is not far when this will be a fact not a dream. thanks

we cannot say that india is super power
but it is better to say that india will be soon a super power in the near future.

not yet, a superpower is one which holds the leverage to influence world affairs and though india has considerable clout in south asia and indian ocean....it is yet to have any considerable influence on world politics

If India can provide food, health and education (remember what you learned in school - food, shelter & clothing...) for all then t will be a super power; and this i my dream. I know I will not live to see it (I am over sixty); unfortunately even my children will not live to see it!

we all know that india is not able to become a super power in front of countries like US
but if we do more with our population and pollution then it will be not tooo far

Friends, before making any decision first we have to check that what are the things that make a country the super power. Some important factors that make the country a super power are:Advance Technology, Internal & External Security, Earning population, Reach in Universe, Literacy Rate etc.
India is not the super power yet as we all know that America is super power & it became super power after 2nd Word War. But India has all the potential & most important among all is the young generation of 21st Century due to which India shall become super power in coming 10 to 15 years.So all the best India.

but even now there is a lot of things to achieve

India can not be called an super power yet because there are so many unemployed people and and also the number of beggars on road are increasing regularly,how can you call a country superpower which can not win more than one gold medal in Olympics,
also the there are many instances of child marriage and women are still treated badly, and no respect for women.
i think it will take atleast 50 years more for India to be really called an super power

No I don`t think so india is a superpower as we have to depend on countries like america for the decision on nuclear power and on pakustan and america for removing terroism.If this continues then Iam sorry but india will never become a superpower.I think the young blood should come to politics and they should be given a chance by the old generation then only we can think that india can become a superpower.

INDIA is super power or not? the answer to this question depends on what context the question have been asked.If the question is been asked on nuclear power or the army forces and security terms then certainely no because countries like USSR and America are far ahead from us but yes India is certainly a super power in age old culture, in peace maintance,unity and diversed democracy and I m sure no country can beat India in that.
