Dear Sir/Mam,
I am a M.Tech student in E.C.E but I want to go for another M.Tech degree.Does A.I.C.T.E approve double M.Tech degree? Can you please provide me the complete information on this? Is it possible to do M.Tech two times or not?

Yes, you can do double M.Tech degree but again you must qualify in GATE exam.

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

If you have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department then are eligible for GATE exam.

There are no restriction for attempts in GATE exam.You can apply any number of time. There is no age criteria but your minimum age must be above 18 years.

As far as eligibility criteria is concerned for admission there is no such restriction. Therefore, you can surely go for double M.Tech in different stream by appearing in entrance exam.

You have to look at the situation and act. It will be better to search for job instead of going for another degree. Nowadays, engineering graduates have job option in any other field and you have to just perform well in the interviews.

Can I do MTech twice by different state example 1 from Uttar Pradesh & 2 from another state

I did m.tech:ECE-VLSI&EMBEDDED SYSTEMS2020but could not find good job.
CanI doM.Techin other stream from any top institute.
Suggest how it will be&whether it is better for me.
