You are doing B.Sc in Botany. So after completion of B.Sc in Botany, you are not eligible for M.Sc in Fruit Science.

Those candidates who have completed B.Sc in Fruit Science from a recognized University are eligible for M.Sc in Fruit Science course.

Your age should be above 17 years.

Yes, you can opt for the above mentioned course after completion of your B.Sc(Botany), there is no harm in it. You just have to appear for the entrance examination conducted by the prospective Institute for admission of candidate in the course.

After clearing the examination, you will be very much eligible to get admission in the course.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
