Can I study MTech(Highway Technology) being a BTech Civil student?
I am a student of BTech(Civil Engineering). I want to do MTech(Highway Technology) from Visvesvaraya Technological University. I would like to know that can I do this MTech(Highway Technology) course?

Yes it is possible to study M.Tech from any other stream. You can pursue M.Tech in Highway Technology being a B.Tech Civil student.
You will get admission directly also as well as after qualifying GATE entrance exam. You can get admission in any of the colleges. |

M.Tech Highway Technology Eligibility:
Bachelor of Technology in relevant subject with 60% or equivalent CGPA. Some of the very reputed Universities and colleges conduct entrance exam for admission. Being a Bachelor of Technology holder in civil engineering you are eligible. |
