Yes, you can get admission in Indian railways engineering college after completing B.Tech in mechanical engineering.

There is an entrance exam conducted once every 2 years. This exam is conducted by the UPSC.

You need to apply, attend and qualify in the exam. If you qualify in the exam you'll be called for the medical test and then for a personal interview. If you clear all the rounds then you can get admission in mechanical engineering course in Indian railway college.
