I appeared IPCC two times but not completed one group. However, I completed B.Com first division. If will take conversion before 30th June 2017 the from IPCC Group I result will in August 2017. It can be valid after conversion another my question is after conversion old syllabus chances applicable to me. Please clarify.

If conversion happens then you should prefer new syllabus or the current syllabus which is ongoing.
To clear every group you need to labour very hard to achieve your goal. As because it is not easy to clear any exam. Every exam is tough at its place and one need to labour hard.
As per my knowledge it depends on higher authorities of IPCC to make them valid or not. But it may be valid also.
