Is M.Sc (Tech) and M. (Tech) equivalent? Which one is better?

I did my B.Sc ( 3 years) and M.Sc (Tech) ( 3 years ) both together 6 years
B.E. or B.(Tech) ( 4 years ) and M.E or M.(Tech) (2 years ) both together 6 years

Above mentioned degrees are purely related to science and technology.

Is M.Sc (Tech) and M. (Tech) equivalent? Which one is better?

M.Sc (Tech) and M.Tech courses are equivalent in terms of the post graduate degree.

The main key difference between these two courses is as mentioned below:

* To pursue M.Tech the candidate has to appear for an all India entrance examination GATE or state post graduate entrance examination. The minimum eligibility to appear for GATE is that the candidate must have completed B.Tech from a recognized college/university.

* To pursue M.Sc (Tech), the minimum criteria is that the candidate must have passed B.Sc from a recognized college/university. The candidate has to appear for Postgraduate entrance examination to avail admission to M.Sc course.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
