Is maths compulsory upto 12th for MCA? Any additional course for becoming eligible for MCA?

Hi,

I am going to complete my T.Y.B.Com. & I am willing to go for MCA. But when I checked criteria I found that Maths is compulsory at least up to 10+2. I have done it up to 10th only.

Is there any additional course which will allow me for MCA?

Yes, for MCA maths is compulsory at 10+2 or degree level. If you haven't studied maths then you have very little chance of getting admission in an reputed university.

There isn't any additional course because they ask for 10+2 only and you can't change your choice of subjects now.

Yes, mathematics is compulsory for MCA entrance exam.

MCA stands for Master in Computer Application.

If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized university with above 60% marks then you are eligible for MCA admission but Mathematics subject is compulsory in your throughout studies.
