Hi Friends,
I am doing M.Com and after completing my Master's Degree I want to do B.Ed. But I want to do B.Ed from Distance Education. Kindly tell me what is the minimum percentage of marks needed in M.Com to do B.Ed in distance mode? Please tell me as soon as possible. Thank you in advance!

For doing B.Ed course you need a Bachelor’s Degree from a well recognized university with minimum 50% marks in Undergraduate degree level.

->>Also You must have at least two years experience of school teaching.

->>For admission you have to pass an entrance examination organizes by college administration.

If you have completed M.Com degree with above 50% marks, then you are eligible for B.Ed course.

Those candidates who have completed graduation or masters degree with above 50% marks from a recognized university are eligible for B.Ed course.

There are no age criteria.

In order to opt for B.Ed via distance education mode, you should have completed your M.Com with a minimum of 50% in aggregate.

Therefore, if you have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate, you are very much eligible to opt for the course mentioned above, otherwise I am sorry that you cannot opt for the course.

Below I have mentioned the eligibility criteria, have a look over it.

Eligibility criteria for B.Ed examination:-

Candidates must have completed Graduation or Post Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised University.
Candidates must have scored at least 50% of marks in Graduation or in Post Graduation.
There is 5% relaxation of marks for OBC candidates and 10% relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

• The eligibility criteria for BEd is as follows :

* The candidate must have completed his education from a recognized university under the scheme of 10+2+3 at least.

* The candidate must have possessed at least 50% marks in the graduation.

* The candidate must have attained an age of 21 years at the time of admission.

If you fulfill the above said criteria then you can definitely go for BEd.
