I was mistaken in my percentage of graduation and post graduation.how will I edit this.what can i do.Please help me

Application form once submitted can't be edited. You have to contact the concerned authority and tell them about the mistake. Only they can tell you, what to do now.

In some cases, the application is cancelled and the candidate is asked to apply for it again in a fresh application form.
