When the convocation will be conducted by the university?
I come out with my degree in civil engineering from your institute through Distance mode in 2006, but so far not received Convocation .In this line can I appear for higher studies in your University.Is there any possibility in M.Tech courses through distance mode. Please guide me.

First of all you have not mentioned from which open university you have completed your graduation so it is not possible to tell you about the convocation. Yes, you can appear for M.tech via distance mode. You can take admission in IGNOU. IGNOU stands for Indira Gandhi National Open University.
